The team around star chef Martin Sieberer is delighted with this award, as it reflects the consistently high level of service quality they have upheld for years – combined with exceptional culinary moments of indulgence.
Together with her team, she represents the face of the new award. Raised in Burgenland, one of Austria’s most renowned wine regions, she developed an early passion for fine dining and wine. Today, she combines in-depth expertise with a strong network of distinguished winemakers. Her education at the Pannoneum in Neusiedl am See, along with international experience in Switzerland, Velden am Wörthersee, and Pertisau am Achensee, has shaped her professional journey.
Since 2022, the internationally certified sommelier has been bringing her expertise to the Paznaunerstube at the Gourmet & Relax Resort Trofana Royal, playing a key role in shaping the culinary experience at the highest level.
The Trofana Royal, along with its two gourmet restaurants Paznaunerstube and Heimatbühne, has received numerous awards over the years. With the recognition as Service Team of the Year 2026, this long-standing acclaim is now complemented by another significant distinction.
