All prices include half board. Local tax of € 2.50 per person/day will be charged additionally. For a room without breakfast, subtract € 20.00 per person and day from the daily rate. There is a refund of € 20.00 for meal cancellations until 11:00 am (meal cancellations after 11:00 am cannot be refunded).
Room requests will be considered as far as possible though no definitive guarantee can be given.
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 04:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to please check out by 11:00 am. In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge the daily price minus € 40.00.
We charge 50% of the daily price until 06:00 pm. The daily price will be charged after 06:00 pm.
Your reservation is binding upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total amount of the booking by bank transfer or credit card. Deposits will be retained as a cancellation fee, except in the case of cancellation within the deadline. For cancellations and the return bank transfer of the deposit, we charge a € 25.00 handling fee.
Please note, that the vaccinated or recovered rule (aka 2G rule) applies in the hotel.
This means, that proof of being vaccinated or recovered must be provided upon check-in, otherwise the room cannot be occupied.

Solely the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Upon reservation, you will receive all the information you need to take out the insurance. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount minus € 40.00 per person and day will be charged.

Enjoy maximum comfort thanks to our underground garage, which is directly connected to the two panorama lifts in the main building and the lifts in the south and west wings. The lift will deliver you comfortably to the reception or directly to the floor of your room.
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets. If you arrive with a pet, the room cannot be occupied.

Dinners are a festive occasion, so we ask you to please choose casually elegant attire. For the gala evening (on Sunday), we ask that gentlemen please wear jackets.
To secure your table reservation, we need your credit card details (credit card number and expiration date). In case of no-show, € 100.00 per person will be deducted. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 hours in advance.
