Several beautifully and modern equipped staff houses within walking distance of the hotel act as a comfortable retreat. You don't pay for food. For our Trofana Royal team, we always try our best to offer you flexible working hours and, for example, to take care times into account in order to give you a good work-life balance. Our innovative time recording using digital hand scanning enables an exact recording of the hours you have worked and correct payment for you. In addition to an attractive salary and an outstanding working environment, there are employee houses within walking distance of the hotel, meals are of course free for you and with the Ischgl CREW card you get free ski lessons, free ascent and descent as well as many attractive benefits that will make many free hours an experience for you.
