  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (job advertisements, interviews, onboarding)
  • Ongoing collaboration with department heads and senior management
  • Management of administrative HR porcesses (contracts, references, personnel files)
  • Drafting apprencticeship contracts and supporting apprentices
  • Staff support (room allocation, etc.)
  • Advising and supporting department heads on all HR-related matters
  • Ensuring compliance with empolyment law regulations
  • Close collaboration with the payroll office

Our staff residences are located directly in Ischgl, only a short walk from the hotel. Employees are provided with comfortable single rooms, each with a private bathroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included seven days a week in the staff restaurant at the hotel.
