A legendary meeting of toque-awarded Michelin-star chefs! This year featuring gourmet menus in Ischgl’s Gault Millau toque-awarded restaurants. Here at the Trofana Royal, renowned guest chefs have been invited to cook up a storm. The gourmet menu combines 31 toques and 10 Michelin stars in one kitchen.

€ 295 Price per person with menu incl. wine, champagne, aperitif and non-alcoholic drinks.

7 April 2024 - Grenzenlos.kulinarisch

Charity event in aid of "Die Thumorvollen" with the top-flight chefs from Ischgl and Samnaun treating gourmets at the cross-border spring summit at the highest point of the Ischgl ski resort. The #YoungChefsPaznaun and award-winning chefs such as Gunther Döberl, Martin Sieberer, Patrick Roass and Andreas Spitzer will treat guests to cuisine of the highest level.

17 & 18 April 2024 - Gastro Ski World Cup

The World Ski Cup of Gastro in Ischgl unites restaurateurs, hoteliers, chefs and more for the giant slalom. Martin Sieberer and his kitchen team conquer the poles and gates and fight for top places.

Experience a gourmet safari in Ischgl's award-winning restaurants and immerse yourself in Ischgl’s exquisite gourmet scene. Round off the evening with an inspiring discussion where you can meet the participating award-winning chefs in person, including Gunther Döberl (Vinothek Trofana Royal exclusive), Martin Sieberer (Paznaunerstube Trofana Royal), Andreas Spitzer (FlianaGourmet) and Patrick Raass (Schlossherrenstube).
