How far away is Ischgl?
It is about 193 km from Munich to Ischgl, and from Stuttgart it’s about 323 km. Frankfurt am Main is about 528 km from Ischgl, while from Cologne it’s about 681 km to the Trofana Royal. Ischgl is about 777 km away from Berlin. Meanwhile, Hamburg and Ischgl are about 912 km apart! From Vienna it’s about 577 km to the Trofana Royal. Do I need the car during my stay?
No. There is a well-developed bus network with very short intervals throughout the Paznaun valley. You can use this service for free with the Silvrettacard, there is also the possibility to take your bike with you. In the hotel you can rent e-bikes, so that you can experience more in a shorter time and you are independent of the tourist infrastructure. In addition, we offer an in-house shuttle service by appointment.
what is the temperature in summer?
The best time to visit the Alps in Austria is from June to the end of September, as the temperatures are extremely pleasant & little to no precipitation. The highest average temperature is 25°C in July and at night it cools down to about 17°C & thus ensures a refreshing sleep.
What should you know about the Paznaun valley?
The Paznaun is 40 kilometres long and ends on the “Bieler Höhe”, the border to the federal province Vorarlberg. It extends from 900 to 1.800 metres sea level. The “Fluchthorn” is the highest mountain of the Paznaun valley.
