Mountain bikers really get their money’s worth in the Silvretta arena. From day tours in 2 ability groups, to riding technique seminars, singletrails and downhills, all the way through to multi-day Transalp crossings, ambitious mountain bikers will find everything their heart desires. As a founding member of “Bikehotels” and a keen mountain biker himself, Alexander von der Thannen is happy to provide helpful tips and information.
Ischgl‘s mountain bike arena is one of a kind in the Alps: over 1.000 kilometres of bike and cycle paths are available. There are 60 specially developed and well signposted tours between 1.300 and 2.900 metres altitude. From easy cycle excursions along the valley floor through to extreme tours which have more than 2.000 metres altitude difference. The tours are combined in a bicycle and bike guide, which you receive at the reception and can be easily plugged in and taken along.
