was born in 1986 and grew up in Paznaun. Kathrin has been teaching high-quality group and private lessons at home and abroad with dedication for many years. For several years, she has been living in Zurich and working as a yoga teacher and CANTIENICA® instructor according to the method of body researcher and successful author Benita Cantieni.
Her strengths include hands-on coaching methods and her precise instructions for perfect alignment, coupled with her profound knowledge of the human body. Kathrin will also soon complete her studies in health sciences.

Every position remains dynamic and pulsating due to the active arm, leg and pelvic floor muscles and the joints and vertebrae should remain free of pressure. The deep pelvic floor and trunk muscles should always be the perceptible support and natural limit in bending forward and backward.
