Protective glass shields have been installed at the front desk and the buffet.

All surfaces (door handle, light switches, etc.) are cleaned with special cleaning agents more frequently.

You should only go on vacation in a good medical condition. If it is your first stay at the Trofana Royal we kindly ask you to send us the personal data (name, address, date of birth) of all fellow travellers in advance to shorten the check in process.
The ski area Ischgl-Samnaun has sufficient capacity to guarantee enjoyable skiing days, despite corona safety precautions. 3 feeder lifts take you up the mountain where an extensive ski area with loads of groomed slopes awaits you.

You have the possibility to take a corona test at the HELP Centre Ischgl daily. You should receive the result within 24 hours. For further information, please contact the tourist office or our reception team.
The general terms and conditions for hotel industry apply. Should the arrival be prevented due to border closures or travel restrictions it is possible to cancel free of charge. In case of a travel warning for Tyrol/Austria in the booked period, you can cancel without any penalties. We highly recommend taking out a travel insurance. In case of coming down with corona the cancellation costs are covered by the insurance.
