Martin Sieberer is one of Austria's most decorated chefs. Since 1996, he has been seducing guests in Ischgl with his award-winning creations. In 1998, he garned 3 toques from Gault Millau, in 2001 he was awarded "Austrian's cook of the year" and in 2005, he received a prestigious Michelin star for his cuisine. - Just 28 years old, Martin Sieberer was appointed chef at the "Trofana Royal" in 1996.
