Get ready for your bath with a relaxing Oriental tea followed by a spa brush massage, steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation to relax your body stage by stage. You will also be given an energy-loaded stone as a memento of the experience.

Bathing in the "floating baths", soft pack couch

This forms the basis for many all-over body packs at the Trofana Royal. Spend 25 minutes floating gently in the 38 – 40 °C baths offering total relaxation for the muscles, spine and body support structures. The skin absorbs the freshly prepared active substances 10 times better than in a traditional bath.

Ischgl hay bath

The Ischgl hay is placed in hot water 1 hour before your bath. You are then covered with the fragrant hay and lowered into a water bed. The soothing effects of the hay will then start to take effect. We would also recommend a 20 minute relaxation afterwards in our light crystal room to regenerate the body and nerve system.
