Our hotel prices are per person and include gourmet half board and the following services:
- Welcome gift in every room
- Welcome cocktail with the von der Thannen family
- Breakfast buffet from 07.30 a.m. until 10.30 a.m.
- For late risers we serve breakfast in the lobby or in the winter garden to the time of your desire
- 5-course gourmet dinner to choose from as well as different buffets with a special main theme
- Individual birthday surprises
- Cuddly soft bathing robes for the duration of your stay
- Indoor adventure pool and sauna area
- Fitness studio; sports and entertainment schedule (certain items for a fee, see schedule)
- Childcare during Kids’ Club open hours (from 3 years)
- All rates and taxes included
- Car parking in the hotel’s underground parking garage
Discounts and Rates:
- Bed & Breakfast arrangement € 30/person and day off daily rate
- A € 30 refund will be granted for meal cancellations accepted before 11 a.m. (please note that meal cancellations aft er 11 a.m. cannot be reimbursed).
- We charge the rate for two persons minus one meal cost when double rooms, junior suites and royal suites are reserved for single occupancy.
- The regular-guest bonus applies to reservations over Christmas and New Year with certain conditions: Arrival on or before Dec. 21, 2009, and minimum stay of 10 days.
Regular Guest Discount:
All our regular guests receive their 20% discount provided they book at least one stay of f7 consecutive nights per year. First-time guests receive a 5% discount for a stay of 7 consecutive nights. Second, third and fourth-time guests staying for at least 7 consecutive days per year receive an annual 10% discount. Aft er a minimum of 5 week-long stays our guests receive our 20% regular guest discount provided they stay for at least 7 consecutive nights each consecutive year.
For stays of less than seven days we cannot grant any discount. If as a regular guest you are unable to stay with us for your annual week, you simply start off the following year with a 5% discount. The usual regular-guest discount applies for the following year once you have stayed with us again for a week.
The regular-guest discount is based on the specifi c guest and room arrangement that has been reserved: it does not apply to ski passes, Silvretta Cards or all-inclusive package deals.
For Families:
Two adjacent double rooms with connecting door or corridor that can be reserved as a self-containing unit, and various 2-room suites.
Babysitting Service:
Available on request.
Floor service:
Please order breakfast by fi lling out the form and hanging it out on your room door the evening before. Special wishes are catered for in accordance with the room menu.
Convention and conference rooms:
Featuring state-of-the-art technical facilities to meet all your requirements. Conventions and conferences with 10-80 participants and side program welcome. Please contact us for details.
Parking:
Excellent convenience is aff orded by the hotel’s underground parking garage, which is linked directly to the two panoramic guest lift s. It is a most convenient way to get to the reception desk or straight up to your room fl oor.
Domestic Pets;
Kindly note that we do not accept pets. Should you arrive with a pet, we may not allow you to occupy the room.
Taxi:
For transfers, day and mountain trips and (e.g. to the skiing area or to an Alpine hut) please consult the separate price list.
Ski depot:
You can store your ski equipment with us until next winter. Prices: skis and ski sticks € 30; ski boots € 30; complete set € 50
Airports:
Zurich Kloten: 250 km, 3-hour drive
Munich Franz Josef Strauss: 220 km, 3-hour drive
Innsbruck Kranebitten: 100 km, 90-min drive
Salzburg: 250 km, 3-hour drive
We would be pleased to arrange your airport transfer.
Tennis:
Indoor arena with 4 granulated courts and 4 outdoor courts in the Silvretta Sports Court – just 5 minutes’ walk away from the hotel or a short ride in our hotel taxi.
Dinner:
Dinner is served from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Please dress appropriately.
Night-life:
As a guest of the „Trofana Royal“ you of course get free entry to our „Trofana Arena“ and the popular „Trofana Tenne“.

Reservations:
We shall confi rm your reservation aft er receiving a deposit of € 500 per person by bank transfer or credit card payment (please provide us with the credit card number and the expiration date). Deposits shall be retained as cancellation fees unless cancellation has been eff ected within the allotted period or unless the cancellation is covered by your travel cancellation insurance policy. In the event of cancellation, the Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Federation shall be of exclusive application.
Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply exclusively in the event of cancellation.
Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend that you close a travel cancellation insurance policy. We would be pleased to send you detailed information.
Arrivals & Departures:
Rooms may be occupied aft er 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. In the case of premature departures or delayed arrivals we charge the daily rate minus € 50,00.
