The extensive slope network in Paznauntal valley extends from 1377 up to 2036 metres altitude. Due to this altitude location, the slopes are snow-assured from the start of December right through to the spring, thereby providing optimum conditions for every cross-country fan. On some 100 kilometres of tracked slopes beginners and advanced level alike will find the best conditions. A highlight during cross-country skiing in Paznauntal valley is the Bielerhöhe altitude slope, which runs from Galtür to the Silvretta reservoir.
