Culinary Way of St. James in Paznaun
from 6th to 8th July 2012
Combine a walking holiday in Paznaun with culinary delights at the highest level. In Summer 2012 the Tyrolean Paznaun brings the star cuisine to the high mountains for the forth time. Under the motto "Culinary Way of St. James" international star chefs under the auspices of Eckart Witzigmann create a menu of regional dishes for four Alpine Club Huts. The recipes of the chefs stay in the huts. So you can enjoy the gourmet cuisine until the end of summer season. The four stations at the Culinary Way of St. James:
